24-7 YouthWork is a network of YouthWorkers from local churches working in local schools, that believe in long term presence based youth work. Cityouth has two dedicated YouthWorkers, Becky Esveld and Damien Clark who work 10 hours per week in Whangarei Boys' High School and Whangarei Girls' High School and also volunteer their time for Cityouth. They are involved throughout the school coaching sports teams, working with student committees, mentoring, running programmes, running lunch time events, camps, class trips and more.
